You will also be responsible for training and developing entry-level staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive reviews of tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts
• Undertaking research on diverse income tax issues and providing solutions
• Maintaining open, effective communication with clients, both written and oral
• Managing multiple projects and requests efficiently
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Utilizing CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess tax software, ProSystem fx Engagement, BNA Income Tax Planner, and common office applications
• Leveraging knowledge of Corporate taxes and S-corp taxes
• Training and developing entry-level staff effectively
• Providing excellent client service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the public accounting field
• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem fx for tax compliance and planning
• Extensive knowledge in public accounting audit and tax
• Experience with income tax audits
• Familiarity with assurance services
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA eligible
• Experience working in a CPA firm or on a CPA track
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding and application of tax laws and regulations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee and manage a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
