Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician CWR

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontamination.
- Manually clean supplies, remove waste matter, and operate decontamination equipment.
- Prepare and pack decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment.
- Examine supplies to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent, along with certification in sterile processing and distribution.
- At least one year of Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) experience in acute care is required. May be floated to earlier shifts based on needs.
- Must pass a background check and provide proof of up-to-date immunizations.
- Strong attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulous care on the job.
- Passion for safety and high standards in healthcare.
- Good judgment and critical-thinking skills.
Certification: CRCST or CBSPD required.
