Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process incoming payments, record receipts, and reconcile AR accounts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and manage aging reports

Responsibilities- Generate and issue invoices to customers

- Process incoming payments, record receipts, and reconcile AR accounts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and manage aging reports
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, benefits, and garnishments
- Assist with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with financial reporting
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Assist with tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Handle other accounting related tasks as assigned
- Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Payroll (2 years of experience is preferred)
