Your Role:

As a BCBA at Autism Complete Care, you'll be at the heart of our mission, using your expertise to empower children on the autism spectrum to reach their fullest potential. You will design and supervise behavior analytic interventions, providing direct support and guidance to our dedicated team of Behavior Technicians.

By fostering an environment of growth, learning, and joy, you'll help ensure each child's individuality is celebrated and nurtured.

Requirements
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design data-driven interventions.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure the quality delivery of therapy.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's holistic development.
  • Maintain documentation and data collection for progress tracking and reporting.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification required.
  • Experience with medical terminology and behavioral therapy preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and educational environment for children and their families.
