Overview:

The Credit Portfolio Risk Officer in Senior Credit Supervision is primarily responsible for assisting Credit Portfolio Risk Manager in various credit initiatives to improve loan deliveries, administering CASH, and the financial spreading application.

Assisting Credit Portfolio Risk Manager in the following areas:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve credit risk management efficiency and effectiveness, which includes policy, governance, people, processes, and system enhancements.
• Overseeing assigned loan monitoring activities and back up the Credit Portfolio Risk Manager
• Identify, address, coordinate, and resolve audit findings by implementing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory findings
• Administer CASH Insight and CRE module, the financial spreading application
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
• Minimum 7 years of work experience as Credit Analyst, Portfolio Officer, Credit / Loan Operations, Enterprise Risk, or Asset Review
• Strong knowledge in C & I Lending, ABL, Trade Finance, CRE and Construction
• Experience in Credit Underwriting
• FIS experience preferred
• Prior project management experience preferred
• FRM certification is a plus
• Strong in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Loan Documents required with strong knowledge of financial covenants
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build effective relationships as needed to effectively address issues and obstacles

The base pay range for this position is USD $95,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
