What you will be doing:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, growth, and engagement across various channels.

This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and channel partner dynamics, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each channel.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for new product offerings or adjustments to current products based on insights.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and content for social media and websites.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for both sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and ROI.
  • Plan and execute channel partner events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Channel Marketing management role, preferably in technology or security industry
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with planning, designing, and execution of industry tradeshows.
  • Web design experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
  • Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
  • Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
  • Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
