salary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities- The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves leading a team of operators, coordinating workflow, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing operators, providing guidance and support to achieve daily production goals.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation, safety practices, and quality control measures.
