Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Team Supervisor to manage and assist the field crew with moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, and transporting household goods for residential and commercial customers. You’ll represent the company professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.The role involves strategic planning for furniture moves, performing inside delivery, and loading/unloading trucks or vans. As the team leader, you’ll also assist in moving heavy materials and supplies.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform team introductions and conduct a walk-through with customers to discuss move plans.
- Document pre-existing damage to items and properties before the move.
- Disassemble and reassemble items during the move.
- Unload the truck into the home, applying all responsibilities from loading.
- Maintain communication with customers & move team members throughout the move.
- Assist the customer with billing, payment, and confirm payment receipt with the office via text.
What You’ll Need:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Background Check: Must pass a background screening.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
