HSM Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions for assigned manufacturing plant locations. Based in our corporate office in Hickory, NC, this role offers hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Specialist will focus on improving the recruitment process at assigned locations, building strong relationships with managers and leaders within the business, and serving as a key member in developing new strategies to remain competitive in the changing recruiting environment.
Travel- Travel for recruiting on college campuses, military bases, and job fairs/hiring events
- Travel to 1-2 company locations per quarter

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do- Communicating with hiring managers and HR Generalists to ensure job requisitions accurately meet the need of the location. This includes verifying information on a requisition, then publishing the new opportunity in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationship with locations to ensure consistent communication on current state of openings.
- Utilizing existing college job boards and researching additional job boards for posting open positions.
- Utilize modern methods for sourcing qualified candidates both digitally and in-person.
- Screening applicants in accordance with OFCCP.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and supervisors/managers.
- Maintaining accurate dispositions for candidates to support the recruiting performance measurables.
- Maintaining communication with all applicants to provide a great candidate experience.
- Attending on-site job fairs to support HSM recruiting efforts.
- Staying informed of trends and innovated recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting.
- Visit HSM facilities to gain a better understanding of their processes and needs.
- Build relationships with local schools and community colleges to strengthen outreach programs.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
What You Bring- Must have proven experience managing full lifecycle recruitment efforts.
- BS degree in Human Resources or related fields or three to five years of professional level recruiting experience for exempt-salaried employees.
- Working knowledge of social media and web recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of internet research
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages across salaried, hourly, and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certified Recruiting Professional (CRP) is a plus.
