Intake Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
This is a 3-month medical coverage temp position starting in March 2025. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00pm-4:00pm. The hourly pay rate is $25.00/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Ensure all practices are carried out in accordance with HIPPA compliance practices, state and federal safety standards, and legal regulations.
Coordinates ancillary services such as interpretation and transportation when needed.
Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, e-mails, or faxes from physicians or clients requesting information.
Provides support and/or coverage to outside departments when needed.
Assisting Doctors: Prep rooms and paperwork for exam days
Making sure patients fill out all necessary paperwork and obtain a copy of ID
Obtaining vitals, measurements and grip strength (Chiro, ortho only)
Obtain Interpreter’s name and certification number. Take a copy of interpreters ID
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or GED required
Minimum on 1-2 years of clerical experience and/or medical assisting.
No-fault and/or workers' compensation knowledge a plus
Need to have transportation to travel to different sites.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
