General Summary & Scope
  • Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
  • Maintain SKU accuracy per Merchant’s discretion, handling shelf tag requests and description changes.
  • Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, ensuring all SKUs are input accurately.
  • Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials, maintaining accurate digital assets and product samples.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing markdowns.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk inquiries with solutions.
  • Provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as needed.
