IT Support Technician II - Walker

We are offering an opportunity for an IT Support Technician II to join our team in Walker, Michigan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and providing superior support to our internal users. The IT Support Technician II will be responsible for help desk support, infrastructure management, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral installations.

• Provide user support and issue resolution via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Handle incident management effectively.
• Offer hardware and software support to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage user accounts and access control to maintain security.
• Oversee asset management for an organized IT environment.
• Lead projects related to telecommunication, audio/visual (AV), handheld terminal, and printer deployment.
• Research, recommend, implement, and maintain audio/visual (AV) solutions.
• Install and maintain Windows-based servers, various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, laptops, and printers to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with others to solve problems and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a related role.
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies.
• Familiarity with Mac Computers and Microsoft systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Computer Hardware.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management.
• Comptia A+ certification is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Understanding of ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library.
• Possession of Cisco CCNA and Network+ certifications.
• Experience in Deskside Support.
• Familiarity with Network Printers and Printer Hardware.
