Customer Service Associate
The ideal candidate will have logistics experience and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday through Friday | 2pm - 10:30pm
salary: $20 - $23 per hourshift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
- Communicate with associates from other shifts
- Complete daily logs and checklists
- Work with customer to resolve any transportation issues
