Responsibilities- Utilize financial software to process transactions and maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Support the accounting team in conducting audits and reconciliations.
- Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and record maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Execute account reconciliation and handle both accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and handle month-end close processes.
- Oversee payroll operations and utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
- Experience in Payroll processing
- Proficiency in using Epicor software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
