Customer Service Representative
You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. This role involves planning and ensuring the successful resolution of incomplete installations and warranty-covered repairs while supporting customer service and office operations in a growing, well-structured business.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and book leads for Estimators (Primary Function).
- Assist with emails, phone calls, and appointment reminders.
- Perform general office duties, including scanning and filing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, polite, patient, and a team player.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred but not required.
- Experience in construction or fence installation is a plus.
- Basic Computer Skills (2 years of experience is required)
- Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required)
- Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is required)
- Active Listening (2 years of experience is required)
- Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)
