We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team located in Purchase, New York. This role involves a blend of on-site and remote work, offering a contract to hire employment opportunity. The selected candidate will primarily focus on processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process invoices and ensure accurate coding
- Conduct regular account reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy
- Employ Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Respond to and resolve any invoice-related inquiries from customers
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
- Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
- Utilize Concur for expenses
- Conduct regular payment runs in Lawson to ensure timely payments
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain and update customer records.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to perform Coding Invoices efficiently
- High competency in Data Entry tasks
- Experience in Invoice Processing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks
