HR Coordinator

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role is within the HR department where you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, working closely with a team of 30 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across 30 employees along with the team
- Administer benefits to all eligible employees
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Update and maintain employee records in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with different state laws as some employees are based in different states
- Process changes with payroll, ensuring pro-ration and accurate reporting
- Handle invoice reconciliation accurately and promptly
- Effectively utilize Google Workspace for various HR tasks
- Operate ADP for various HR and financial services
- Manage HRIS/HIMS system efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
- Knowledge of About Time software for project management
- Ability to conduct Auditing and Background Checks
- Experience with Benefit Functions and their management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
