work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As a Permit Processing Specialist, job duties include:

  • Review and organize vehicle permits and decals.
  • Maintain accurate records, including vehicle numbers, district information, and customer names.
  • Sort permits by location and district, creating organized piles for processing.
  • Label vehicles with corresponding stickers that match permit information.
  • Prepare permits for mailing, ensuring all necessary information is included.

Skills:

  • 1+ years of Administrative Support in a Corporate Environment.
  • Legible penmanship and good numerical skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Reliable with the ability to work full eight-hour days consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and following established procedures.
