We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by building relationships with potential customers. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products/services Engage and qualify leads to understand customer needs Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets Maintain records in CRM and follow up with prospects Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Helping Outside sales reps Quote Commercial Projects

Answer phones

Enter orders into computer system

Communicate with warehouse workers and customers.

Call customers to confirm orders and provide approximate shipment and arrival times.

Provide proof of deliveries to the customers

Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Work hours 7am – 3:30PM Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Attention to detail regarding editing text and recording numbers.

Exceptional communication/organizational skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong time management skills

Proven ability to work effectively independently and within a cross-departmental team.

The essential functions of this role include:
