Customer Service Admin - Northside Lexus

At Northside Lexus, we serve to provide excellence to our guests each step of the way. As our customer service admin, we are the representation of the Service department on the phones, as well as in person, to our guests and providing additional support alongside our service team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Greets and engages with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Reviews invoice with guests
  • Receive payments from guest
  • Responsible for submitting accurate cash, checks, and credit card deposits
  • Ensure that customer service needs are met
  • Prints repair orders, invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
  • Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
  • Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Processes repair orders Operates credit card and "Telecheck" machines
  • Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
  • Calculates discounts, coupons and charges that apply to proper accounts on repair order
  • Prepares daily bank deposits
  • Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
  • Assists in scheduling courtesy transportation
  • Flag and close out the repair orders when needed
  • Fully coordinate and communicate actions with service consultants, technicians, and managers
  • Cover greeter desk when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree required (GED); one to two year of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
  • A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service.
  • Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month
  • Work all available shifts, between 7:00am – 7:00pm
