Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greets and engages with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Reviews invoice with guests
- Receive payments from guest
- Responsible for submitting accurate cash, checks, and credit card deposits
- Ensure that customer service needs are met
- Prints repair orders, invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
- Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
- Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Processes repair orders Operates credit card and "Telecheck" machines
- Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
- Calculates discounts, coupons and charges that apply to proper accounts on repair order
- Prepares daily bank deposits
- Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
- Assists in scheduling courtesy transportation
- Flag and close out the repair orders when needed
- Fully coordinate and communicate actions with service consultants, technicians, and managers
- Cover greeter desk when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree required (GED); one to two year of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
- A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service.
- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month
- Work all available shifts, between 7:00am – 7:00pm
