Robert Half is actively looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Executive Assistant. The Office Manager/ Executive Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating and maintaining the office, supporting the execs/owners, and making sure guest visits run smoothly and to the highest standard.

The ideal Office Manager/ Executive Assistant will be successful if they have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks within set deadlines. This position is located in the Philadelphia area.

How you will make an impact::

  • Greet and direct guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Set up and break down conference room meetings.
  • Order and stock office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document management.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for multiple executives/owners.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements.
  • Provide direct administrative support to executives/owners.
  • Assist with various administrative projects.

The ideal Office Manager/ Executive Assistant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant position include and are not limited to:

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior managers or c-suite level execs highly preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power- Point) skills and knowledge; and experience with databases and in-house publishing software.
  • Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices
