Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee preconstruction planning through to project close-out for 2-3 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and Monitor Schedules: Create detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to maintain project goals.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Office Engineers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure project efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction and project success.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience with waste water / commercial projects
  • Experience with Procore or Bluebeam
  • strong leadership and communicational skills
