The Role- Assign court time and handling of cash receipts and assist with program registrations.
- Assign courts to players for open time, donated courts, private & group lessons in computerized reservation system as well as assisting patrons with program registrations and program offerings.
- Assist in answering general phone inquiries regarding reservations, prices & information and program offerings.
- Serve as information center for patrons providing them with pertinent information and changes regarding procedures and registration for tennis programs.
- Collect monies and record same for open time and teaching programs.
- Monitor locker room operations on nights / weekends, as necessary.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Project a professional company image through phone and in – person interaction.
- Computer proficiency. Able to learn new programs
- This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the positon
What We Offer
The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills.
