What YOU will do:

  • Answer, direct, support, and resolve incoming calls with customers and service techs
  • Outbound calls to existing clientele to schedule maintenance and other services.
  • Schedule, review, and confirm incoming appointments for service, repair, plumbing, sales, etc.
  • Track customer interactions and transactions using organized, effective, and concise documentation within the customer database
  • Schedule and dispatch field team members to qualified jobs

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent phone skills
  • HIGH proficiency in typing skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, entering data and completing all required entries prior to finishing the call
  • Any type of construction/dispatch computer system software is also helpful.
  • Service Titan a MAJOR PLUS!
  • Bi-lingual a plus!

  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

What you bring:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
  • Bi-lingual a plus
