Job Title : Social Worker
Department : Inpatient Float Unit
Location : Brattleboro, VT 05302
Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and case management services to patients and families, supporting optimal social functioning.
Assist in reintegrating patients into the community or an environment suited for their continued well-being.
Flexibility to work with both Child/Adolescent and Adult populations across the lifespan.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited school or a Master’s in counseling/behavioral health discipline.
Must accept a flexible 40-hour workweek to meet the needs of patients and families.
Experience working with children and adolescents.
1-2 years of inpatient social work experience.
