Overview:

The Reception - Front Desk Coordinator provides concierge level office services including, but not limited to, reception, business support, filing, scanning, administrative support, conference room management, and hospitality services at a client site in the Wayne/Valley Forge/KOP area on Swedesford Road.

Due to the fact that this is a front of the house position which directly interacts with clients and guests, we require all candidates to complete a HireVue which is where you will record your answers to interview questions prior to the face to face interview.

Title: Front Desk Coordinator Receptionist

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights or weekends.

Location: Wayne/Valley Forge/KOP with free parking, cafe on campus.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

  • Greet visitors and partner teammates upon arrival and be the eyes and ears for the organization
  • Identify and act on client and visitor requests
  • Maintain and operate a multi-line phone system, route and transfer calls
  • Maintain and operate customer facing e-mail accounts, forward requests, inquiries, questions, and concerns
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and conference room requests
  • Create and/or edit MS Office documents

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous reception experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Superb customer service skills and polish
  • A self-starter with an engaging and outgoing personality
