IT Senior Program Manager
Overview:
Keysight DES was recently formed as a new software organization focused on design and engineering. The strategic intent is to build a portfolio of multi-physics virtual prototyping and software quality engineering solutions to enable design teams to address the growing product engineering complexity.Our solutions enable our customers to efficiently innovate, predict and assure performance, and accelerate time to market.
The portfolio is made up of our long time EDA Design and Verification solutions, Software Quality Engineering (Eggplant), Design Data and IP management (Cliosoft), CAE solutions focused on product performance and manufacturing validation (ESI).We have also signed agreements to acquire the Optical Solution Group (OSG) from Synopsys and RTL PowerArtist from Ansys. The latter two agreements depend on the completion of Synopsys’s acquisition of Ansys. We will continue to pursue M&A in addition to organic investments to grow the portfolio to $1B in the coming years.
As part of the formation of DES, a new technology stack is developed to support the customer engagement life cycle and sales processes. This includes website, marketing automation tools, sales workflow, technical support portal, and customer success management platform.All are optimized for an annual recurring software business.
Many of the new processes and tools are developed as part of the integration of new acquisitions such as ESI. Some investments will be made outside of integration, directly by the business.
The DES Transformation Program Manager will partner with the M&A integration teams, IT and the DES functions involved in the customer and sales technology stacks on requirements, roadmaps, execution and deployment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage DES roadmap for customer and sales workflows, processes and tools.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business goals.
- Work with product owners from marketing, sales and tech support on the external requirements
- Partner with IT and Integration teams on roadmaps and implementation plans
- Plan with DES functions on deployment
- Regularly update stakeholders on program progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Qualifications- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or administration, management, information systems, or information technology.
- Deep understanding of processes related to web, marketing automation, demand generation, lead managements, sales, and customer success (including knowledge of post-sales processes and best practices in customer support and service delivery)
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Working experience in program management, with a focus on digital transformation and M&A integration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation and coaching, with the ability to lead and influence others.
Pay Range:
USD $143,050.00 - USD $238,420.00 Year
The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
