Responsibilities- Participate in all maintenance activities for the plant
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Support efforts within plant using problem solving tools, process management, measurement techniques and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation equipment - controls, automation, robots and PLC for troubleshooting purposes
- PLC Experience (Allen Bradley)
- Robot Experience (Fanuc Robots)
- Knowledge of maintaining all Facility Systems (Building, Electrical, Air, and Equipment)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Systems
- Ability to support Implementing/Maintaining ISO 14001 systems
- Has the authority to stop production in the event that a mechanical/equipment problem is suspected
- Has the authority to stop production in the event that a Quality issue is suspected
- Good communication skills with various levels within organization
- Prefer experience with Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- High School Degree Required, Technical Degree or Certification a plus
