Job Description

Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Fryeburg Maine. The Strategic Account Manager will support sales through creating and strengthening relationships within our key customer accounts.

They will be responsible for high level program management and providing a strategic approach to driving sales efforts and new opportunity development within our customers’ organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate quoting effort to order fulfillment to support sales objectives.
  • Produce sales results as demonstrated through purchase orders and bookings.
  • Manage key account portfolios with a high level of discretionary decision making.
  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements, and Terms & Conditions, as applicable.
  • Create and maintain long term relationships with key decision makers, prospects, and customers.
  • Provide strategic approach to opportunities that align with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Suggest customer solutions that meet stated and observed customer/prospect needs through planning, information gathering, and relationship development activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in Account Management
  • Experience in a similar industry highly preferred
  • Demonstrated sales results and client relationship experience
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Produces work results within established standards of quality, quantity, with customer service focus and timeliness both individually and with team.
  • Communicates in an effective, clear, and organized manner both orally and written.
  • Follows expected guidelines regarding client and organizational communication data sensitivity and with appropriate regard to complexity.
  • Self-directed and resourceful with regard to individual and team problem solving.
  • Initiates new processes or ideas and channels appropriately to improve customer service within quality guidelines.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through developing and maintaining internal and external relationships. Open to feedback and sensitive to others.

Work Environment/Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, day schedule, 8 or more hours per day.
  • Pristine, climate-controlled facility, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
