A leader in the field of noise and vibration control products for more than 60 years whose products are built to provide the ultimate in vibration isolation and seismic restraint control is hiring for a Parts Inventory Clerk for their front office operations.
Candidates with minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a parts inventory and vendor management are encouraged to apply!
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- Must have high written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including quantities on hand, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders
- Enter inventory data into computer systems accurately, including item codes, descriptions, quantities, and locations.
- Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements.
- Planning, organizing, and purchasing material for the production floor
- Responsible for purchase of office supplies, returns for rejected- damaged materials, gathering invoices and credits from vendors, monitoring logs for incoming and late deliveries, Filing receivers and inspection sheets
- Dealing closely with manufacturers, customers and vendors.
- Communicates with customers and vendors for order fulfillment
- Enter in orders via the store database
- Perform daily, weekly and yearly cycle counts
- Planning, organizing, and purchasing material for the production floor
