Account Manager - Woodbridge

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Account Manager based in New Jersey. This role is within the marketing and creative agency sector, where you will be pivotal in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams.

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts to maintain client relationships.
• Facilitate the execution of campaigns and projects, making sure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and digital, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare materials ready for client presentation, including project updates and reports.
• Work alongside internal experts in paid media, UI/UX, and digital strategy to deliver solutions that align with client goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing input on creative and strategic solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in digital marketing and user experience, and share relevant insights with clients and the internal team.
• Utilize various software systems such as CRM, ADP
• Financial Services, and ATS
• Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient account management.
• Plan and execute campaign strategies utilizing your familiarity with paid media strategies.

• Proficiency in 3M is required.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.
• Proficiency in CRM tools is required.
• Prior experience with About Time software is preferred.
• A solid understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience with Billing Functions is crucial.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is a must.
• Experience in Campaign Planning is highly desirable.
