experienced Software Quality Lead to oversee and enhance our quality assurance (QA) processes, ensuring the delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable software products.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and maintain the overall quality strategy, processes, and tools.
- Drive the adoption of automation, performance testing, and other modern QA techniques.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive testing strategies.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights on quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering growth and technical development.
- Provide technical leadership to QA team and ensure the team is aligned with organizational goals and project deliverables.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Strategy or related fields is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing, security testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UIPath) and tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).
- Strong understanding of the Product Development life-cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development.
- Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage, evaluate, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in engaging global cross-functional technical teams, as well as building and developing offshore and onsite development teams.
