Overview:

Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior Cooperative team at The American Cooperative in Anoka, MN! This role is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building at our Senior Living Cooperative.
No boiler's license required! This maintenance schedule includes;

80 hours every two weeks,
Full time, day shift
on call for after hour maintenance emergencies
Fully Benefit Eligible

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Performs routine maintenance duties
Performs general repairs
Performs other duties as assigned and directed
On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Qualifications:

Required:

Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
One to three years of previous experience
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
Three to five years of previous experience
