Key Responsibilities

**Oversee all aspects of transportation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and financial goals.

**Define and manage project scope, schedule, and fees, securing modifications as necessary.

**Lead a design team, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and coordinating across disciplines.

**Act as the primary client contact, addressing needs, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships.

**Manage contracts, client billing, and project financial performance in collaboration with accounting teams.

**Provide constructability reviews and peer reviews of project submissions.

**Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects when needed.

**Contribute to business development by pursuing new opportunities and managing proposals.

**Mentor and develop team members, identify training opportunities, and support recruitment efforts.
