Responsibilities:
As a Patient Access Representative Float, you will rotate between different departments, providing front-line customer service and administrative support. You will be responsible for greeting patients, registering them for services, collecting and verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments.In this role, you will need to maintain accuracy in documentation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience, adapting to various clinic settings and supporting teams as needed.
Qualifications:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional requirements to cover shifts beyond regular hours depending on departmental needs.
To qualify, you must be detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or patient registration is preferred but not required. You must be able to work in a high-pressure environment, adapt to different clinics, and perform effectively in a team-oriented setting.
