Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a non-profit organization in San Jose to fill a key role for a Construction Accountant. How to Apply:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant is required
• Proficiency in the use of Yardi and Yardi Software is necessary
• Experience in the construction industry is a must
• Knowledge of Job Cost is required
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required
• Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision is a must
