What You’ll Do:
The Role:
As the Seasonal Engagement Assistant for the North Shore properties, you will be an integral part of the regional engagement team. You will serve to support the senior regional engagement manager to develop, market and execute regional programming.You will work across all our North Shore properties including Long Hill, Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens, Appleton Farms and Crane Estate.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Assist with the input of programs in to Kiosk & other administrative duties as needed
- Provide communication to ticketholders around programs (pre-visit details, cancellation e-mails, reminders)
- Assist with event set-up
- Stand in as manager on duty when needed
- Capture & create content for social media channels
- Market events through socials, flyers, on-line media
This is a limited-term, nonexempt position (24 hours/week) reporting directly to the Visitor Services and Retail Manager.

What You’ll Need:
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working on or coordinating a wide range of events preferred.
- Must enjoy working with diverse groups of people and have excellent people skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as work cooperatively in groups.
- Ability to be flexible with hours. Nights and weekends will be required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to learn new skills in order to meet the broad range of tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current authorization to work in the United States – a candidate must have such authorization by his or her first day of employment.
- A satisfactory criminal background (CORI) check.
