Payroll Specialist

You will be working with a multi-state knowledge base and dealing with garnishments.

• Accurate processing of weekly payroll for hourly employees and office staff.
• Managing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll schedules.
• Handling garnishments with a diligent approach.
• Using UKG Ready and Excel for efficient payroll processing.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge in multi-state payroll processing.
• Managing uniform invoices on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring accurate record keeping for all payroll activities.
• Resolving payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining customer accounts.
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with UKG Ready software is essential
• Knowledge of Payroll - Garnishments
• Experience with Multistate Payroll
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to strict deadlines and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
