Administrative Specialist II

Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team or department in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information with a high level of precision
- Compose clear and concise written descriptions of analytical results
- Exercise independent judgment in the execution of daily tasks
- Employ basic reasoning skills to solve problems and make decisions
- Supervise certain commission functions and validate plans as required
- Manage relationships with suppliers and handle staffing and onboarding processes
- Oversee the business unit's expense account and ensure its proper management
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
- Play a vital role in the contingent workforce and handle cyber-related responsibilities • Demonstrated proficiency in managing procedures and supervising teams
- Experience in onboarding and staffing activities
- Ability to liaise with suppliers and manage commision functions
- Capability to work onsite and manage an expense account
- Understanding of business unit operations and validation plans
- Knowledge of cyber security principles
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision making
- Familiarity with NIS and Nerc standards
- Experience in managing a contingent workforce
