Requirements- Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs
- Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
- Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Assist in transporting residents as needed
- Provide companionship to residents
- Ensure the safety of our residents
- Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
