We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role
This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office.Hourly rate: $20.00
The Digital Strategy & Partnerships Intern will support a variety of initiatives across digital marketing, content development, and strategic planning. This role provides exposure to multiple facets of our digital strategy, including website optimization, content management, sponsorships, and gaming platform development.
- Push Alert Strategy & Ideas: Assist in brainstorming and developing push alert strategies, including content ideas, targeting, and frequency, to engage and inform our audience effectively.
- Landing Page Content & Creation: Collaborate with the digital team to write compelling content for landing pages and support the process of building and optimizing these pages for campaigns and initiatives.
- Sponsor Asset Collection & Approval: Work with the digital, partnership marketing team & sponsors to gather, organize, and facilitate the approval of sponsor assets for use across various digital channels.
- Content Spreadsheet Updates for 2025: Help maintain and update the content spreadsheet for 2025, ensuring all digital content plans are up to date and in alignment with marketing goals.
- Review Best-in-Class Websites & Apps: Conduct research on industry-leading websites and mobile apps, evaluating best practices in user experience, design, and functionality to provide insights for our own digital projects.
- Gaming Platform Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of our gaming platform strategy by assisting with research, content creation, and market analysis.
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging digital content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and landing page optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in maintaining and updating content spreadsheets or similar organizational tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and metrics.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong attention to detail when evaluating websites, apps, and digital assets.
- Effective interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external sponsors.
- Basic understanding of gaming platforms and their audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, email marketing software, or other digital tools.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to various facets of digital strategy.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
