Law Clerk (Recent student)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented law clerk to assist our legal team with an urgent employment law class action case. This is an excellent opportunity for a JD graduate who is awaiting Bar results and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research on employment law issues relevant to the case
- Assist with legal analysis and case preparation, including drafting memoranda and legal documents
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of necessary information
- Work closely with attorneys to develop strategies and solutions for the class action case
- Attend occasional in-person meetings in Alameda County to collaborate with the legal team
Qualifications:
- JD graduate pending Bar results
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest or experience in employment law preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings at our Alameda County office
