About the Role:
As the General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of one of Pushnami’s core business units, steering everything from budget planning to profit and loss management. Your role will combine strategic vision with day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring that your team is set up to exceed revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.If you’re passionate about shaping business strategy, optimizing budgets, and leading a motivated team toward record-breaking results, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and implement comprehensive business plans that drive growth and enhance profitability across your line of business.
- Control profit and loss, creating cost-effective systems for managing capital and operational expenses.
- Set and monitor KPIs for your unit, driving the team to surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead the development, tracking, and adjusting of budgets, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial goals.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience, continuously seeking ways to exceed client expectations.
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required, MBA preferred.
- 5+ years related experience, ideally in general management in the digital marketing or SaaS industry.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss management, budget planning, and financial analysis.
- Ability to create and execute business strategies that drive growth, including recommending new business ideas, defining scope, and developing go-to-market plans within their division to align with the company’s broader objectives.
- Inspiring and results-oriented leader who thrives on driving team performance and building a positive work environment.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction with a track record of delivering impactful, long-lasting client relationships.
- Skilled in implementing effective processes and controls to optimize performance across departments.
