• Review, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including collection of overdue accounts.
• Support the payroll processing function to ensure timely and accurate compensation to employees.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies at all times.
• Help with budget preparation and expense management for specific projects and business units.
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance and routine analysis to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Provide assistance during internal or external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
