Construction Manager - Education
Overview:
Cordoba Corporation is a leading civil engineering firm based in California. We are growing and looking for talented Construction Managers. The candidate must have outstanding communication skills, construction field management experience and design experience.
Responsibilities:
- Must have outstanding communication skills, construction field management experience and design experience.
- Individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction program, as well as individual projects typically ranging from $100K to $250M.
- The Construction Manager will have complete responsibility for the daily management, reporting, communications, operations, coordination, and general administrative needs of the assigned projects.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, five days per week in-person mandatory.
Qualifications:
- 7-15 years’ experience in Public Works projects.
- Civil Engineer or Environmental Engineering background.
- Capable of managing projects from inception to construction to closeout.
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- City of Long Beach experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Parks & Recreation facilities a plus.
- Experience with wetlands and conservation areas a plus.
