Job Description

Oversee and manage interior renovation projects for affordable housing and SCA projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve project-related issues.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
