Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Maintain and control the General Ledger accounts and business transactions, utilizing accounting software systems.
• Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of banking transactions.
• Supervise the journal entries and ensure the accuracy of the entries.
• Lead and execute the full cycle of accounting duties.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ability to manage Journal Entries and General Ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
