The Role:
As a BI Analyst, you be defining, developing, and maintaining critical business and operational reports through a partnership with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users. This role will contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of data from clients to drive business planning in data management of payment operations.You will report directly to the Chief Data Scientist.
While this is a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to work remote primarily.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software development teams to implement analytics systems and data structures to support large-scale data analysis and delivery of machine learning and models
- Mining and manipulating data from database, and identifying data needs, and driving data quality improvement projects
- Providing advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensuring essential procedures are followed, and contributing to defining standards
- Defining and documenting business requirements, including business process mapping, data mod
- Create new dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insight to related teams (Sales, Marketing, Development, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Data Analytics preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in data management/visualization or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fintech/Payments experience a plus
- Python, SQL experience required
- Azure ADF and Snowflake experience a plus
