• This opportunity involves leading corporate governance initiatives for a global firm specializing in regulatory compliance, risk management, and advisory services across industries such as health care, finance, and technology.

• Serve as a leader corporate governance program
• Become a subject matter expert with respect to corporate policies, procedures, and controls
• Develop, implement, and oversee such policies and procedures
• Oversee the management of all corporate books, records, and filings
• Maintain intellectual property roster and manage new trademark applications
• Serve as liaison between insurance brokers and management team
• Manage legal service process strategies and monitor ongoing litigation

• A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of corporate governance experience are required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Prior law firm or corporate paralegal experience is preferred.
