The successful candidate will be expected to conduct thorough market research, maintain detailed financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate due diligence processes and negotiations.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition and divestiture opportunities, while keeping a keen eye on local and national real estate trends.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the value of potential acquisitions and the financial implications of divestitures.
• Prepare and present investment memos, offering recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to streamline due diligence processes and negotiations.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and economic factors that may influence real estate investment strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders regarding potential investment opportunities.
• Maintain databases and documentation related to property evaluations, market analyses, and transaction processes.
• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Investment, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Market Analysis, Comparative Market Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Investment Financial Modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field would be beneficial.
• Possess 2+years of experience in the field of Real Estate Analysis or related roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Investment.
• Experience in handling Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Divestments.
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis and Comparative Market Analysis.
• Proficient in Financial Modeling and Investment Financial Modeling.
• Experience in conducting Market Research to gather data and identify market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
